PayPal: Is the easiest, fastest, and we never see your actual credit card information.Personal Check: I will accept cash money order or personal check, and will ship your purchase as soon as funds clears your bank.
Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express: You can use them with PayPal or call us with the information, and after the charge is processed we will ship your purchase.
Packaging and Shipping:
Your items will be sent as soon as payment is received, via USPO first class mail, all shipping costs include insurance up to the value of the purchase. You can also contact us and make arrangements for alternative shipping, cost will be determined the at that time. Your purchase comes boxed and will usually include a handy description of each article.
Our Guarantee:
100% against breakage with normal wear. If a piece has been dropped and the stone breaks this will not be covered. If you wrestle a bracelet on or squeeze it improperly and it eventually breaks, I will repair it, but there is a repair charge.
Returns:
If you receive your shipment and are not satisfied, please notify us immediately, you may return it within
7 days for a full refund. Be sure and include the sales receipt and in the same box and condition in which it was shipped. You are responsible for all return shipping and insurance. I will issue you a credit to your credit card or send you a refund, as soon as I receive the piece. If we are charged for card processing or PayPal fees that are not reimbursed to us we must pass those costs along to you.
